Seminars for church groups, associations and companies

With many rooms, multimedia equipment and able to accommodate up to 100 people, the Ile Blanche meets the expectations of church groups, associations and companies for working sessions, general assemblies, seminars, chapters or business meals.

Services

Our 63 single, double or multiple rooms are sober, comfortable and clean, sheets and towels are provided (for adults), the bed can be made on arrival on request.

The house is equipped with Wi-Fi (fiber) and offers several rooms for rent.

A laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron is available on site.

Conditions

A group discount is available for groups of 9 or more. It is only valid when billing for the entire group.

We offer overnight stays (breakfast included), half-board (lunch or dinner), or full-board.

Sheets and towels are provided (except for children’s and youth rooms – an additional charge) – beds are not made upon arrival (optional).

Meals are served at set times, with a single menu including starter, main course, cheese, dessert, wine, and coffee at lunchtime. Serving hours: breakfast between 8:15 and 9:00 a.m., lunch at 12:15 p.m., and dinner at 7:00 p.m. A complimentary afternoon snack is available from 3:00 p.m. You can also order a picnic if you plan to go on a day trip or have a festive meal. For those with special dietary requirements, you are required to provide a detailed medical certificate indicating the list of ingredients when booking your stay.

Check-in is usually before 12:00 PM for those who wish to have lunch on site, or between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM in the afternoon. Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 9:30 AM.

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of the total cost of your stay no later than 30 days after the quote was sent. The balance is due no later than 2 days before your departure.

The cancellation deadline for free depends on the contract value:

> 7 days before the service for contracts with a value less than €1,000

> 1 month before the service for contracts with a value between €1,000 and €3,000

> 2 months before the service for contracts with a value greater than €3,000

In the event of full cancellation before the cancellation deadline, the deposit will be retained by the host house and may be carried over to another stay at the house within the following 12 months.

In the event of partial or full cancellation after the cancellation deadline, beyond 10% of the reservation amount, the deposit corresponding to the cancelled value (25%) will be retained and invoiced. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Chapters, spiritual retreats, fasting session

The religious congregations, who choose the Ile Blanche Reception House for their general chapters, have at their disposal all the necessary equipment for their entire stay: a large conference room equipped with a simultaneous translation system, microphones and all projection equipment, several other rooms for group exchanges and break secretarial spaces, access to the photocopy machine, washing machines, Wi-Fi, catering with festive meal proposals at election time, the possibility of organizing excursion days and accommodation to accommodate each participant in single rooms.

Many Church groups, organize weekends or highlights (preparation for the sacraments, meetings of spiritual communities of lay people…) These groups have their own organization; the house provides them with meeting rooms, catering, chapels and parks. Even if the Ile Blanche organizes its own spiritual activities, we also welcome retreats or fasting sessions offered by other organizations.

The place is also adapted to hosting recollections, conferences or study days. The video conferencing system allows you to work with other teams remotely.

Business seminars & work meetings

Ile Blanche is a former juvenile and groups of young people have been meeting here for several decades.

We are committed to fostering intergenerational exchanges by welcoming groups of young people for times of healing, reflection, preparation of the sacraments, review of exams, green classes, sea classes…

The setting is suitable for both working sessions and moments of relaxation.

The 63 bedrooms of the house can accommodate students either in single or multiple rooms. Young people up to 25 benefit from reduced rates for their stays.

Youth & School Groups

L’Ile Blanche est un ancien juvénat et des groupes de jeunes se retrouvent ici depuis plusieurs décennies.

Nous avons à cœur de nourrir les échanges intergénérationnels en accueillant des groupes de jeunes pour des temps de ressourcement, de réflexion, de préparation à des sacrements, de révision des examens, des classes vertes, classes de mer…

Le cadre convient aussi bien à des séances de travail qu’à des moments de détente.

Les 63 hébergements de la maison permettent de loger les étudiants soit en chambres individuelles soit en chambres multiples. Les jeunes jusqu’à 25 ans bénéficient de tarifs réduits pour leurs séjours.
