The halls
The Maison d’accueil offers nine rooms for rent, from 20 to 136 m2, thus guaranteeing great flexibility to adapt to your events. Family gatherings, business or religious seminars, organize your highlights including coffee breaks, meals and accommodation if necessary. On request, we provide you with paperboards, overhead projectors and a mobile screen if needed. The fiber connection allows free Wi-Fi access in 8 rooms.
Common areas are available free access: TV room + computer, library, chapels.
Room rentals are by the hour, half day, day or several days with preferential rates from one week. It is possible to reserve a room in a recurring way to give courses or meetings, we invite you to contact us to learn more.a

Room 1 measures 136m², it is equipped with a stage, a large screen, a system (with or without wire) projection (sound and image) and video conference, 2 hand microphones and forty table microphones, helmets for the hearing impaired and four simultaneous translation stations. A complete overhaul of our multimedia system has recently been made to ensure a quality service. So you can welcome up to 100 people and connect to the world. We also provide in this room a water fountain and a toilet with sink.

From 60 to 68m², the house offers 3 rooms to accommodate groups of more than 20 people. The size of these rooms allows great flexibility. They are suitable for conferences or teachings for groups of up to 50 people, work or exchange sessions for groups of 15 to 30 people or yoga practice (up to 30 people) or any other activity that requires space.

5 smaller rooms, from 20 to 40 m² can accommodate groups of less than 20 people in a more intimate space for groups of words, individual accompaniments, work meetings, interviews or moments of relaxation.
The "preau" & its lounge
The room known as the “Préau”” and the adjoining lounge form a place that is particularly adapted to the practice of graphic arts or family and friendly gatherings. On the ground floor, this space is very bright and overlooks the Douron and the surrounding landscape. The courtyard of 60m² has a water point and large tables, the concrete floor allows the practice of painting, mosaics or other plastic arts. Groups can also meet there to share a buffet independently. On the other side of the 2 double doors that separate them, a 40m² living area allows you to share a moment of relaxation, a break. It regularly organizes aperitifs, snacks or wines of honor.
The dinings rooms
You can also privatize a dining room, if available. The small room can accommodate 30 people, the large one 80. Because of our seasonality, the privatization of a dining room is rather between October and April.
Our terms
We do not ask for a deposit for reservations of rooms less than 100 €, however we thank you in advance for having the courtesy to inform us in case of cancellation or postponement of date. For larger amounts, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of the quote amount as a deposit, the balance is to be paid on the day of the service.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept by the Ile Blanche and can be deferred for another rental or another service in the house during the 12 months. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
Beyond this period, the deposit retained is charged in cancellation fees.
