The Chemin des Douaniers (GR 34) runs along the property and many other hiking and cycling trails mark the surroundings offering, to the sportsmen passing by, exceptional views of the Breton coast.
There is a free multisport field 100 m from our establishment and offers a tennis court, football, children’s games and a pump park.
The Ile Blanche lies at the mouth of the Douron River, which flows into the English Channel. The landscape changes with the tides. Enjoy, 5 minutes walk (via the GR 34 or crossing the park of the property), the large beach of the Bay. The town of Locquirec, where the reception house is located, as well as its neighbor Plestin-les-Grèves also have many other beaches and viewpoints to discover.
The marina of Locquirec with its shops and services is 3 km away. You will also discover the Church of Locquirec classified by the Historical Monuments among the remarkable works of Finistère, guided tours are possible on request.
The markets of Locquirec, on Wednesdays and Plestin-les-Grèves, on Sundays and Tuesday evenings in season, are always friendly meetings between locals and visitors of the surroundings. Many activities take place on our territory in summer, many popular festivals, the Circuit of chapels, concerts, the Plestin cinema will also liven up your evenings.
In the area
The city of Morlaix, City and Country of Art and History, is 30 minutes away by car. You will discover a rich heritage and many shops. The bay of Morlaix offers a wide choice of outings and discoveries such as the visit of the “château du taureau” for example. To the south-west of this commune begins the route of the parish enclosures including the remarkable one of Saint Thégonnec.
Along the coast to the east, we find the city of Lannion and all the municipalities that, with their feet in the water, shelter a unique natural heritage called : the coast of pink granite.
By taking the direction of the interior of the lands you can also discover the Monts d’Arrée, site of legend, and the astonishing Vallée des Saints.
